The final week, I completed almost all of the presentation packet, cleaned up the lab space, and helped with the final testing, troubleshooting, and adjustments. The system works pretty well, and we are all extremely happy with our final product.

This week I took the lead in starting our presentation packet, I pulled a lot of information together to get it started. We also did a lot of troubleshooting on the entire system.

This week we worked on mounting the final parts of the hopper/ ball dispenser. We tested different angles and got one that worked the best. We finalized the positions for the different parts of out project, moved to a different PLC, and cleaned up the wiring.

Tested some more final positions for the hopper/ conveyor along with more PLC work. Vlad printed out the EOAT for the Fanuc.

This week we added another table and still worked on the placement for our hopper and conveyor. We finally got a working hopper that will be used.

This week I helped with positioning the conveyor and started to design how our new hopper system would fit into the project. The rest of the group worked on the ramps/plc.

Created the 3rd version of the vibrating hopper by soldering a counterweight to the shaft of the motor, mounted 2 of them to the hopper, and tested them out.
