Re: Week #10 (3/27-31) Weekly Progress Report
This week, we were trying to figure out how to send the TP file to the fanuc robot. I worked with Paula and Vincent this week to figure out the errors and commands of the Fanuc. Using the software on Vincent's computer, we were able to send it with varying results. Each time we ran into different pr...

Re: Week #9 (3/20-24) Weekly Progress Report
The program is done, so this week I had to figure out how to transfer it. And I immediately realized how difficult it would actually be to do that. We tried SO many methods to actually move it with no luck. I had to learn how to convert the files I currently have to LS files, which using the postpro...

Re: Week #6 (2/27-3/3) Weekly Progress Report
Week 6, I figured out how to make the program to scale! I downloaded a box spawner on the website for Robodk and made custom assets to the exact sizes of the conveyor, table and robot to make sure the program would actually go to scale. Then came the hard part where I began the final program (and im...

Re: Week #4 (2/13-2/17) Weekly Progress Report
Week 4 I began a simple "Proof of concept" program where I got all the assets I needed to begin the spray paint program. By the end of the week I was able to do a simple program that painted the top of the car automatically but ran into several issues I would have to address the following ...
