The manufacturers will create and supply the MSDS's for their products. It is up to the purchaser & user to make sure the product is used, stored and disposed of in appropriate ways. If you are not sure about a particular substance, educate yourself as to the proper use. Products must also be disposed of properly. If you do not do so, not only will be violating OSHA regulations, but the EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) regulations as well. Know your products before using them. Fines and penalties and can be steep.

Two of the materials listed above, ammonia and bleach, are common household cleaning products, or are key ingredients in common household cleaning products. Here is a link explaining Why you should never mix bleach & ammonia.
