Week #16: Parallax Process Control - Week #8 (Chapter 5)

This is the last lab of the semester for EET-250. Chapter 5 in the Process Control text uses Pulse Code Modulation (PCM) to control the speed of a fan and the fan speed, measured in RPM, is measured with the Opto-Reflective Switch. StampPlot is used to plot variations in fan RPM.
