Battery Changing Information:

Note that when changing the Fanuc LR200 batteries, depending upon how far the batteries have discharged and whether or not the proper procedure is followed might require Mastering the robot (restore the motor encoder data). The batteries should be replaced every year. The mastering info for the 3 LR Mate 200iD/4S robots is attached below along with the Quick Mastering Procedure. If the DCS (Dual Check Safety) Parameters need to be reset, the information is attached as well.
