Post your progress, contributions, work and anything else you did for the Team project here.
There will be a separate Topic for each week during the semester.
These are individual posts, so each member must post their own progress report. If you worked with others, or the entire group, then you can mention that in your post as well. But each member must post to receive credit for this week's post.

I helped with getting the raw materials up to the lab for the green house cover. I also helped with brainstorming and finding good sensors to use for this project.

This week I had a tour of a real-life greenhouse on the STCC campus thanks to the landscaping professor at STCC. This tour helped the group, especially myself, understand what a greenhouse looks like and its functions so that we can replicate a smaller-scale version.
I also downloaded the Dobot magician software on my laptop, got to connect my laptop to the Dobot, and program the robot to do a pick and place of a cup with weight, representing a pot filled with dirt. Korey and I worked together to figure out the Dobot's different functions, capabilities, and limits.

Helped classmates bring in the supplies from Nick's truck to the lab. Helped Nick look up sensors needed for project. Researched Raspberry Pi and how we can use it in our project.
