Exam #1 Information

UPDATE (11/19/23): The deadline for submission of the Take Home Portion of Exam #1 is extended to on or before 11:15AM on Monday, 11/27/23. Prof. Jagodowski WILL NOT be on campus on Monday, 11/20/23, so the lecture class is cancelled for 11/20 and the exam deadline ha been extended accordingly.

Fall 2023: Exam #1 will be given on MONDAY, 11/13. The exam will consist of two parts. There will be an in-class (closed notes, closed book) part with the majority of the questions being True/False. This part of the exam will be given during the last 15 minutes of class time on 11/13. The second part, a take-home exam, will be given to you when you turn in the in-class part. This take-home exam will be due on Monday, 11/20/23 at 11:15AM (the start of class). The take-home portion may include combinations of True/False, Multiple Choice, Multiple Answer, writing simple BS2 programs and essay questions.

The in-class portion will be handed out about 11:50AM during class on 11/13. It should only take 10-15 minutes to complete but if you need a bit more time after that, you will be allowed to stay beyond the normal 12:05PM ending time of the class.

CONTENT: The content in this exam will include material from the first four weeks of PC related materials up to and including Chapter 4 in the BoeBot text.

You will have one week to complete the take-home portion of the exam.
