This week we got the gumball machine and figured out how to connect the servo. I was working with Eric and Genesis.

Discussed issues with CO2 with Rick, and shelved it again pending more information. Brought in 3/8" hose, but may not end up using it.Was provided a bounty of 12VDC air pumps, as well as a smaller selection of liquid pumps. Air pumps have at least some 1/4" hose to work with and may be sufficient. Watched as the Dobot was made functional with linear rail. I looked into a batch file to make it easier to change the IP address on a computer to deal with the PLC when it keeps resetting to random 169 addresses, or if the PLC computer needs to connect to the network.

decided on teams last week and i was put into the drink team with Will and Jacob
decided to not go with the carbonation setup and went with a simpler approach of just using air pumps into two-liter bottles to dispense the liquids.
decided on the setup of the whole machine.

I worked with Sam and Erick, and we took apart the gumball machine figuring out how to use the servo with the gumball machine.

discussed the setup of the drink dispenser and we scrapped the carbonation idea as its too much time for very little payoff
